So you've come to look for a website designer...

...well i have no clue why you came to me since I'm new, but hello anyways!

This page will contain two things, my current queue; and my prices!
And my rules/information, of course.

By commissioning me to design and code a website, you are agreeing that you have read and are willing to abide by the following terms:

  1. General Terms
    • These Terms and Prices may change any time, you are only subject to the Prices during the time of transaction.
    • These Terms are only subject to Website Design, Terms from other types of Commissions do not apply.
    • I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason without elaboration.
    • My skill level is limited, I am a human after all.
      • Do not expect perfect Website Optimization, Little Design Quirks, and a lack of bugs.
      • Additionally, do NOT expect Any Javascript. I do simple, static sites without the use of Javascript.
      • Do expect for this to take a lot of time.
    • If for any reason you decide to cancel the Commission, any amount paid will not be refunded.
  2. Payment
    • Understand that the listed prices are only the BASE price and may increase depending on complexity of the request.
    • The only accepted forms of payment at the moment are the following:
      • GCash in PhP, Paypal has not been set-up yet for clients outside of the PH.
      • Robux Gift Cards, if this option is crossed out, it is unavailable; But be sure to ask me manually just in case.
    • I require 50% of the base price to be paid upfront, with the remaining 50% to be paid after the commission has been finished; Any add-ons go by a case-by-case basis and may be charged upfront or during the time of addition.
  3. Usage Policy
    • I reserve full rights to the website during the time of commission. Once the commission has been fully finished and paid, I will not be making any more changes outside of minor bug fixes; Major Fixes will only be tackled if said issue was not caused by any outside modification.
    • You are NOT allowed to claim the website as 100% yours, even after major modification.
    • If for any reason I am unable to complete the commission, you are allowed a partial refund based on the amount of work done.
    • Once a commission is considered finished, no refunds will be issued.
  4. Deadlines
    • As I am in my early years of being a college student, I will not always have a free schedule and my workload may not be light.
    • My only guarantee is that a discount will be given if more than eighteen (18) months have passed and the website is not close to being finished; more complex designs will have the discount at twenty-four (24) months.
